100 Way Canopy Formation World Record Banquet Information In response to the last event we have arranged to have our banquet Saturday November 24th 2007 at the Royal Plaza Hotel in Lake Buena Vista Florida which is close to the Disney World attractions and is one of the Walt Disney Resort hotels. We will have a catered 'Grand Buffet' meal. We have also negotiated to have great hotel rates for everyone ($50 for a room with two double beds). These rooms normally go for $129 per night. Up to 3 additional nights can be purchased at a rate of $89 per night if anyone wishes to stay after the event to visit the Orlando area.
